One of these methods is the one that offer cash incentive to those employees who will be able to succeed in getting rid of his excess weights. A reward of $100 for anyone who can lose at least a pound for each week is an effective motivation and can drive anyone to succeed in doing this task. Although a company is required to prepare big budget in the implementation of the competitive cash-for-weight-loss plan, the results that it can guarantee them is worth of it.
“Whatever kind of approaches that one company use in weight loss, the key here is the ability to maintain the weight loss over a long period of time,” says Jason Riis, an assistant professor of business administration based at the Harvard Business School.
